Pai Gow poker is the American version of a Chinese gambling game that is played with Chinese dominoes. The object of Pai Gow poker is for a player to create both a five-card poker hand and a two-card poker hand out of the seven cards he/she is dealt by the dealer. This is a great game for more adventurous party hosts who want to add a unique touch to their casino party.
